When you’ll hear back
We aim to reply within three working days. A refund or payment question is acknowledged within three working days and answered within seven working days of us having everything we need from you.
If you need more help
If you are not satisfied with our answer, reply to the same thread asking for it to be escalated, with "Escalation" in the subject line, and it will be reviewed by someone who did not handle it the first time.
